Stress and De-Stress workshop organised by Dr.Manvir Bhatia on 10th August 2017 at Neurology and Sleep Centre , this was an all women's workshop where everyone discussed about what kind of triggers they feel which caused them into stressful condition. We also had Dr.Sonakshi with us on that day, she took the session into a fun and interactive way, she made the guests indulge in some good activities like " Recognize Stress", "Things I love to do when in Stress" . There was a important point raised by Dr.Manvir Bhatia as" Learn To say NO", she further said the "Being Superwomen" Business won't work as we all can't do everything in a day so we need to priorities our things to stay away from stress.
Overall the workshop ended in a fruitful way, and our guests learned some tips and techniques in coping stress.
