  2. Should be punctual & organisational abilities.<\/li>
  3. Should be familiar with use of the computer, internet and additional software for prescription \/ billing.<\/li>
  4. Should have adequate knowledge of all the procedures conducted at the clinic.<\/li>
  5.  Should have good communication skills.<\/li>
  6. Should have be able to make quick decisions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Greetings to patients and make them comfortable.<\/li>
    2. Attend all calls and queries, messages and emails of the patients and callers.<\/li>
    3. Help them to book an appointment, fill up.<\/li>
    4. After consultation or test provide the prescription \/ reports \/ bills etc.<\/li>
    5. Payment collection.<\/li>
    6. Help them to understand about next visit for follow up consultation and other services.<\/li>
    7. To inform them how they can contact if they want to reach us, (phone, messages, email etc.)<\/li>
    8. Maintain patients records.<\/li>
    9. Manage stock \/ supplies required in clinic (water, glasses, tea, coffee, brochures, stationery stock etc.) <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
